《大行報告》高盛上調恆地(00012.HK)目標價至35元 評級「中性」
高盛發表報告表示,恆地(00012.HK)去年基本利潤按年升2%至149億元,符合該行預期,香港租金及酒店利潤的下降被物業預訂利潤所彌補。全年派息1.8元,持平於2019年度,亦符預期。
該行認為,短期內恆地盈利仍有下跌趨勢,料今年度基本利潤按年下跌21%,而預期派息持續穩健,因此相信投資者將關注公司的財務緩衝,以維持目前的派息水平。該行上調其2021至2023年度每股盈利預測最多2%,目標價由34元升至35元,維持「中性」評級。
