格隆匯3月23日丨中木國際(01822.HK)發佈公吿,公司預期截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得虧損將增加約47.2%。2020財政年度錄得虧損增加乃主要歸因於(i)中美貿易戰對全球經濟帶來的負面氣氛,影響環球經濟及商品需求下降,導致2020財政年度與材料貿易業務有關的收益減少;(ii)宏觀經濟不景氣及近期爆發COVID-19疫情導致按公平值計入損益的金融資產的公平值虧損增加;(iii)有關投資到一家非上市基金的彌償申索造成的財務擔保撥備增加;及(iv)有關若干票據持有人對股份抵押強制執行所造成的被視作出售附屬公司損失。
