格隆匯 3 月 23日丨ST椰島(600238.SH)公佈，公司根據經營業務調整需要，經公司第七屆董事會第五十九次會議審議通過，擬將公司經營範圍進行變更，並修訂公司章程，具體情況如下：
公司原經營範圍為：保健酒的生產；糧食、藥酒、含酒精飲料、啤酒、不含酒精飲料、醫療保健品、營養食品、糧酒食品、副食品、發酵製品、食品機械、有色金屬、黑色金屬、農副產品、植物油、保健製品的銷售；旅遊、酒店管理；房屋、土地及機械設備租賃；網上貿易、進出口貿易，供應鏈管理與服務；養生養老產業項目投資、策劃、服務；商品信息諮詢服務；酒類、飲料生產工藝及配方技術諮詢；澱粉及其製品生產和銷售；糖及製品代理銷售；道路運輸服務。
擬增加：進出口代理；化粧品銷售；煙草製品零售；酒類經營；日用品銷售；食品銷售；母嬰用品銷售；保健品銷售；藥品銷售；箱包銷售；鐘錶銷售；珠寶首飾零售；眼鏡銷售；電子產品銷售；家用電器銷售；寵物用品銷售；商業綜合體管理服務。

公司現行《公司章程》其他條款不變。
公司董事會授權經營層具體辦理本次章程變更有關事宜。公司章程營業範圍最終變更以工商管理部門審批為準。
