中國鋁業(601600.SH):2020年度計提應收款項信用減值9.79億元、長期資產減值4.33億元
格隆匯 3 月 23日丨中國鋁業(601600.SH)公佈,公司第七屆董事會第十五次會議審議通過了《關於公司擬計提資產減值準備的議案》。
根據中國企業會計準則、國際財務報吿準則及公司內部控制的要求,公司對截止2020年12月31日的各項資產進行了減值跡象的識別和測試。根據識別和測試結果,公司2020年度計提應收款項信用減值(淨額)人民幣9.79億元、長期資產減值(淨額)人民幣4.33億元。上述計提資產減值準備(淨額)影響公司2020年度合併財務報表歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤減少人民幣12.25億元。
