发改委:大力发展智能制造 加快推动制造服务业高质量发展
国家发改委等13部门发布关於加快推动制造服务业高质量发展的意见,提出利用5G、大数据、云计算、人工智能、区块链等新一代信息技术,大力发展智能制造,实现供需精准高效匹配,促进制造业发展模式和企业形态根本性变革。
意见并提出,力争到2025年,制造服务业在提升制造业质量效益、创新能力、资源配置效率等方面的作用显着增强,对制造业高质量发展的支撑和引领作用更加突出。重点领域制造服务业专业化、标准化、品牌化、数字化、国际化发展水平明显提升,形成一批特色鲜明、优势突出的制造服务业集聚区和示范企业。
意见还提到,要提升制造业创新能力。发展研究开发、技术转移、创业孵化、知识产权、科技咨询等科技服务业,加强关键核心技术攻关,加速科技成果转化,推动产业链与创新链精准对接、深度融合,提升制造业技术创新能力,提高制造业产业基础高级化、产业链供应链现代化水平。
