堅持有質量的增長，眾安在線(06060.HK)2020年盈利5.5億，綜合成本率大幅改善
3月23日，國內保險科技龍頭眾安在線(06060.HK)發佈2020年業績報吿。2020年，眾安保險堅持有質量地增長，公司歸母淨利潤達人民幣5.5億，實現扭虧為盈，作為首家互聯網保險公司，眾安的盈利驗證了互聯網保險商業模式，在行業具有里程碑意義。
數據顯示，2020年眾安保險保費同比增長14.2%，達到167億元，被保用户數量增至5.2億，總保單超過79億張。同時公司的綜合成本率大幅改善至102.5%。成立僅僅七年，眾安保險即躋身國內前十大財險公司。
業務方面，互聯網保險板塊進入了穩定盈利期，健康生態和數字生態是拉動公司增長的兩大板塊。
2020年，眾安在線對健康生態進行戰略升級，通過眾安互聯網醫院，搭建了“醫+藥+保”服務閉環，實現了產品從低頻健康保障向高頻醫療服務升級。健康生態當年實現總保費66億元，同比增長37.4%，超過行業增速的兩倍。
數字生活板塊貢獻保費63億元，同比增長25.2%。其中，手機碎屏險、寵物險等創新業務收入佔比從2019年4%升至去年的16%。
保險板塊的快速增長還得益於自有平台的建設，2020年自有平台貢獻保費同比翻番，達到21.7億元，佔公司總保費比例從2018年的2%大幅提升至2020年的13%。
根據年報披露，科技輸出將成公司業績新的增長極。即使受到疫情影響下，眾安去年仍服務了75家保險產業鏈客户，客户次年復購率達75%，科技輸出業務收入達到3.65億元，同比增長35.4%，過去三年裏已經增長了8倍。
2020年，眾安國際旗下的虛擬銀行ZA Bank和數字化壽險公司ZA Insure先後落子香港，打開了新的想象空間。其中，ZA Bank截至去年底吸收個人存款60億港元，提供個人貸款6.5億港元。到2021年3月，成立不足一年，ZA Bank用户數量已經突破30萬。
