中國長遠(00110.HK):預計年度綜合虧損590萬港元
格隆匯 3 月 23日丨中國長遠(00110.HK)發佈公吿,預期集團截至2020年12月31日止年度或會錄得綜合虧損約590萬港元,而上年度的綜合虧損為約3280萬港元。
公吿表示,綜合虧損於本年度減少主要由於上年度的商譽減值虧損為600萬港元,而該年度並無作出有關虧損;上年度就廠房及設備確認的減值虧損為520萬港元,而該年度並無就廠房及設備確認有關減值虧損;視作出售附屬公司的收益約630萬港元;出售附屬公司的收益約310萬港元;及所得税抵免約450萬港元所致。
