格隆匯 3 月 23日丨桃李麪包(603866.SH)公佈,公司2021年3月22日召開了第五屆董事會第二十四次會議,會議審議通過了《關於公司2021年度銀行綜合授信額度的議案》。
根據公司2021年度發展計劃,為滿足運營資金需求,公司2021年度銀行綜合授信額度不超過人民幣11億元。授信額度最終以銀行實際審批的金額為準,授信期限為三年。此次授信額度不等於公司實際融資金額,具體融資金額將視公司經營的實際資金需求確定。董事長在上述授信額度內簽署相關合同文件。
