据报中国当局或有条件批准腾讯旗下虎门及斗鱼合并
《路透社》引述消息人士报道,腾讯(00700.HK)旗下两大游戏直播平台虎门及斗鱼合并的交易需要作出重大让步,才能解决监管机构对垄断市场的担忧。
虎门及斗鱼於去年10月提出合并协仪,虎牙建议透过换股方式收购斗鱼的所有流通股。目前腾讯已拥有80%游戏直播市场的市占率。消息人士称,由於监管机构担心今次交易将令腾讯获得压倒性的优势,故或只会有条件地批准交易。
消息人士又指,对於合并的反垄断审查是一个漫长的过程,监管机构未向公司提出让步的要求。
