雅居樂集團(03383.HK)2020年純利升26.1%至94.75億元 預售額達1381.9億元再創新高

格隆匯3月23日丨雅居樂集團(03383.HK)公佈,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司實現營業額802.45億元人民幣(單位下同),同比增長33.2%;毛利241.02億元,同比增長31.3%;公司股東應占利潤94.75億元,同比增長26.1%;公司股東應占核心淨利潤83.46億元,同比增長23.3%;每股基本盈利2.440元,宣派末期股息每股60.0港仙,連同中期股息每股50.0港仙,全年合共派息每股110.0港仙。

集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司以及由集團管理並以“雅居樂”品牌銷售的房地產項目的預售金額再創歷史新高,達1381.9億元,較去年上升17.1%。

物業管理及環保收入分別為78.53億元及22.89億元,較去年上升119.5%及51.6%;物業發展業務收入與多元化業務收入的佔比分別為86.7%及13.3%,其中多元化業務收入的佔比較去年上升3.2個百分點。

集團繼續採取積極審慎的購地策略,因應市場狀況擴充土地儲備。於2020年12月31日,集團於84個城市,擁有預計總建築面積達5301萬平方米的土地儲備,分佈於華南區域、華東區域、西部區域、華中區域、海南及雲南區域、東北區域、華北區域、香港及海外,對應樓面平均地價為每平方米3627元,土地成本價格具一定競爭力。

年內,集團致力深化全國佈局,策略性地透過招標、拍賣、掛牌、勾地及股權收購等方式增添40個新項目,其中寶雞、貴陽、啟東、泰興、太原及肇慶為集團新開拓的市場。新增預計總建築面積達836.1萬平方米,其中集團應占預計總建築面積為636.8萬平方米,集團相關應付土地金額為233.85億元。

於2020年12月31日,集團現金及銀行存款餘額為508.65億元
