吉利汽車(00175.HK)2020年純利達55.34億元 年銷132.02萬部蟬聯自主品牌銷冠
格隆匯3月23日丨吉利汽車(00175.HK)公佈,截至2020年12月31日止年度,集團收益為921.14億元人民幣;公司股權持有人應占溢利為55.34億元人民幣;每股基本盈利0.56元人民幣,宣派末期股息每股0.20港元。
年內,集團持續提高市場佔有率,並進一步鞏固集團在中國乘用車市場的領先地位,保持集團在中國以銷量計為最大自主品牌汽車製造商及第三大乘用車品牌的地位。
2020年,集團於中國境內批發量(包括集團擁有50%權益的合營公司所銷售的“領克”品牌汽車銷量)為124.75萬部。另一方面,集團推出多款新產品至出口市場,2020年的出口銷量因而同比持續強勁增長25%至7.27萬部。整體而言,集團於2020年合共售出132.02萬部汽車(包括集團擁有50%權益的合營公司所銷售的“領克”品牌汽車銷量)。
由於集團向客户提供較高優惠抵銷了產品組合持續提升的正面影響,集團於期內的平均出廠銷售價格(“平均售價”)與去年同期相若。在按備考基礎計入集團擁有50%權益的合營公司所銷售的“領克”品牌汽車銷售後,集團的綜合平均售價甚至錄得同比輕微增長。
年內,集團加快支付供應商款項,以減輕因“2019冠狀病毒”爆發導致生產中斷所帶來的負面影響,導致經營活動現金淨流入大幅減少。為重振財政實力,併為生產及銷售持續中斷的可能做好準備,集團於2020年5月宣佈向機構投資者配售6億股新股份,以籌集64.80億港元。在配售所得款項的幫助下,集團總現金水平(銀行結餘及現金+已抵押銀行存款)於2020年年末維持在約人民幣190億元的水平。
集團董事會將集團2021年年度的銷量目標定為153萬部(包括“領克”汽車的銷量目標),較2020年總銷量增加約16%。
