植耀辉: 美股上扬纳指升1.2% 政策冲击思摩尔(06969.HK)宜观望
耀才证券研究部总监植耀辉称，美股隔晚(22日)大致保持升势，道指反弹超过100点，而在债息回落下，科技股亦继续有不俗表现，纳指上升1.23%，收报13,377点，至於标普500指数亦升27点或0.7%，收报3,940点。
港股昨日变化不大，恒指全日计下跌106点，成交金额亦不足1,350亿元。由於投资者仍关注A股以及债息表现，同时腾讯(00700.HK)、小米(01810.HK)及美团(03690.HK)等亦将於本周陆续公布业绩，预期亦会左右後市走势，暂继续早前看法不变，即预期大市於28,200点至29,500点上落。
股份方面，今日百度(09888.HK)正式於港交所(00388.HK)上市，有关其投资价值笔者未来会再作剖析。另外，中国工业和信息化部及国家烟草专卖局昨日公告，向社会公开徵求意见，研究起草修改《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例》，增加对电子烟的监管。消息公布後在美上市之雾芯科技(RLX.US)大跌近四成，隔晚收市跌幅更高近48%，相关消息料亦会影响思摩尔(06969.HK)表现，毕竟政策因素对行业打击较大，加上该股近期走势较弱，以及受相关消息困扰下，暂不建议入市博捞底，持货者见反弹亦宜稍作减磅较佳。

债息回落 纳指收升逾1%
耀才研究部称，隔晚(22日)美股三大指数全线造好，道指收升103点或0.32%，纳指表现较好升162点或1.2%。联储局主席鲍威尔表示美国经济复苏程度较预期快，但隔离完全复苏还有很远，美国10年期国债孳息率由14个月高位回落5个基点，至1.68厘，带动科技股表现，Tesla(TSLA.US)最多升逾6%，收升2.3%，苹果(AAPL.US)升3%。另外，中美上周面谈後未有达成主要共识，最新美、欧、英及加均以新疆问题为由对中国官员实施制裁，而中国亦做出相应反制措施，投资者需紧贴留意事态发展。港股ADR反弹过百点，将率先挑战29,000点水平。
从技术上看，恒指至今仍处待变格局，一日恒指仍徘徊於月内高低位，即3月9日低位28,326点至3月3日高位29,912点之间，近日多条移动平均线开始重叠，後市仍然需要等待RSI进一步回升。
