格隆匯3月23日丨ST安凱(000868.SZ)今日走出“T字板”,報4.26元,總市值31億元。ST安凱昨日發佈2020年年度報吿,實現營業收入32.60億元,同比下降3.44%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤9958.24萬元,同比增長196.19%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤虧損4.15億元;基本每股收益0.14元。公司將向深圳證券交易所申請撤銷公司“其他風險警示”特別處理,申請公司股票簡稱由“ST安凱”變更為“安凱客車”。
