中國抗體-B(03681.HK)年度虧損約1.23億元
格隆匯 3 月 22日丨中國抗體-B(03681.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年12月31日止12個月，公司其他收入及收益總額約為人民幣5840萬元，較2019年度增加約人民幣5540萬元，主要由於(i)確認按公平值計入損益的金融資產的未變現公平值收益增加約人民幣2830萬元；(ii)政府補助增加約人民幣1280萬元；以及(iii)銀行利息收入增加約人民幣1430萬元。
2020年度虧損約為人民幣1.226億元，較2019度減少約人民幣1.537億元，主要由於研發的商務拓展成本減少，於報吿期間內研發的商務拓展成本的減少主要歸因於(i)並無產生新產品知識產權轉讓費用(2019年：人民幣1.033億元)；及(ii)並無產生於合作協議項下有關里程碑付款的合作開發費用(2019年：人民幣4370萬元)。
報吿期內投資活動所用現金淨額約為人民幣1.792億元，主要由於(i)於蘇州及海南的子公司為公司產品SM03的商業化作準的資本開支約人民幣9230萬元；(ii)投資中國醫療基金獨立投資組合約人民幣6960萬元(其後於2021年2月以代價約港幣1.106億元出售)，及(iii)投資一間聯營公司D2M Biotherapeutics Limited("D2M")(一家主要從事創新型藥物靶點識別業務的公司)約人民幣1730萬元。
於報吿期，集團的臨牀試驗項目、管線開發及商業化準備均取得重大進展，其中包括以下事項：
• 公司的旗艦產品SM03－截至報吿期末，SM03類風濕關節炎("RA")的III期臨牀試驗已招募合共332名患者，公司預期最早於2021年上半年內完成患者招募。SM03的III期臨牀試驗的安全數據之中期分析已於2020年6月完成，該分析結果大致上與SM03II期臨牀試驗結果保持一致。
• 公司的主要產品SN1011－SN1011的新藥研究("IND")(針對自身免疫性疾病)申請已於2020年8月27日獲中國國家藥品監督管理局批准。公司已於2021年1月15日在中國上海進行的SN1011I期臨牀試驗中成功為首位健康受試者給藥。截至公吿日期，SN1011的I期臨牀試驗已有27名受試者入組。預計於2021年上半年完成I期臨牀研究，其後於2021年下半年啟動系統性紅斑狼瘡("SLE")的II期臨牀研究。
• 另一項主要產品SM17－SM17的IND申報準備已完成。公司正為將於2021年第三季度作全球性IND申請彙編檔案文件。
• 商業化生產基地—集團於2020年6月24日購買蘇州獨墅湖高等教育區一幅地塊以興建公司的中國總部、研發中心及另一個重要生產基地。該項目涉及的地盤面積為43,158平方米，總樓面面積約70,000平方米。於竣工後，該生產基地的產能將超過30,000升。建築工程正穩步進行中，且預計於2022年年末竣工。
• 探索創新型藥物靶點識別—於2020年7月22日，公司就創新型藥物靶點識別與D2M達成長期合作關係而訂立研究、開發及商業化協議。根據此次合作，公司有權就公司根據優先靶點甄選機制得出的D2M靶點識別工作的初始結果而選擇的合資格藥物靶點進行後續研究、開發及商業化。
