友誼時光(06820.HK)公佈年度業績 純利增加21.2% 累計註冊用户達1.31億名
格隆匯3月22日丨友誼時光(06820.HK)發佈公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收益總額約為人民幣21.82億元，較去年增加29.2%；毛利率由升年度約65.2%增加至期間約67.3%；年度純利約為人民幣5.035億元，較去年增加21.2%；經調整EBITDA約為人民幣5.43億元，較去年同期增加13.4%，派付末期股息每股普通股12港仙。
2020年收益及純利增長主要源於《浮生為卿歌》產生的收益增加。
於2020年12月31日，集團在全球發佈並正在運營着合計34個不同語言版本的多款手機遊戲，累計註冊用户總數達到1.31億名，較2019年同比增長21.2%。在遊戲變現表現方面，得益於公司持續的精細化發行與運營、版本玩法及活動持續更新的策略、不斷提高的變現能力，截至2020年12月31日止年度每付費用户的每月平均收益(ARPPU)上升至人民幣715.5元，較2019年增加34.6%。
此外，集團採用長生命週期的產品運營戰略，精細運營公司的每一款產品，通過高頻次的遊戲更新與內容優化不斷為遊戲注入新的動力，並持續帶來穩定的流水。如公司的《熹妃傳》已運營近六年，目前運營人員仍然保持每月至少一次的版本、內容、活動的更新與優化，以保證玩家的遊戲體驗。
公司表示，2021年，友誼時光即將上線多款不同風格的新遊戲，以更加多元的遊戲品類應對日益競爭的行業環境。公司即將上線的新遊戲包括《此生無白》、《凌雲諾》、《杜拉拉昇職記》。展望未來，公司將持續加大對遊戲研發、發行與運營人才的投入，尋求上下游產業鏈能夠產生協同效應的投資及收購機會，打造多元且創新的產品組合，增強公司的全球化競爭優勢，加快推動原創IP的生態化與商業化，圍繞IP+戰略，擴大產業佈局，為集團的長遠發展注入新動力。
此外，公司將充分發揮強勁的全球化自主發行優勢，貫徹本地化打法，進一步提升海外研運能力，通過本地化改造與本地化宣發相結合，憑藉與AppStore、GooglePlay以及Facebook、Google等廣吿平台的良好合作關係，繼續協助海外產品取得亮眼成績。同時公司將尋求更多更適合全球化發行的遊戲產品，包括舉辦創意大賽發掘創新性研發方向，投資代理優秀研發團隊的產品，以豐富公司海外產品的遊戲品類，提高海外市場份額。
