格隆匯 3 月 22日丨奧邦建築(01615.HK)發佈公吿,預期集團將於截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得介乎約澳門幣5000萬元至澳門幣6000萬元的大額虧損淨額,而2019年年度則錄得淨利潤約澳門幣2030萬元。這主要由於盈利警吿公吿所載的不利因素以及:(i)金融資產於預期信貸虧損模式下的額外減值虧損;及(ii)有關物業、廠房及設備以及商譽的減值虧損。
