格隆匯 3 月 22日丨華立股份(603038.SH)公佈,公司於2021年3月22日召開第五屆董事會第十四次會議,審議通過《關於2021年度期貨交易額度授權的議案》。為部分對沖主要原材料PVC粉採購價格上漲的風險,董事會同意公司對2021年度PVC期貨套期保值交易額度的授權申請,同意公司PVC期貨套期保值交易全年累計開倉金額不超過人民幣4億元;並授權董事長在該額度範圍內對期貨套保交易方案進行決策並簽署相關合同文件。
