成都銀行(601838.SH):成都交子金控集團完成受讓公司1.46%股份
格隆匯3月22日丨成都銀行(601838.SH)公佈,公司於2021年2月4日在上海證券交易所網站披露了《成都銀行股份有限公司關於部分國有股份無償劃轉的提示性公吿》。
近日,公司收到成都交子金融控股集團有限公司(以下簡稱“成都交子金控集團”)提供的中國證券登記結算有限責任公司出具的過户登記確認書。成都交子金控集團以無償劃轉方式從成都市協成資產管理有限責任公司(以下簡稱“協成公司”)取得公司5279.65萬股股份(佔公司股份總數的1.46%)的過户登記手續已經辦理完畢。
本次股份過户登記完成後,成都交子金控集團持有公司股份數為7.22億股股,佔比19.999995%,仍為公司第一大股東;協成公司持有公司股份數為1835.84萬股,佔比0.51%。本次無償劃轉不涉及要約收購,且不會導致公司控股股東和實際控制人認定情況發生變更。
