《大行报告》里昂上调长和(00001.HK)目标价至74元 评级「买入」
里昂发表研究报告指长和(00001.HK)去年下半年业绩较上半年改善,不过在剔除一次性项目後,该行所计算出的经常性盈利为120亿元,稍逊於其之前预测。零售业务为亮点,而能源业务表现较差。该行指完成出售铁塔业务後,集团在电讯业并购和回购股份方面的机会增加。
该行升公司盈利预期1%至2%,以反映其资产净值38%折让,计入铁塔资产交易的完成,目标价由69元升至74元,维持「买入」评级。
