卓爾智聯(02098.HK)旗下漢口北發力中國最大現代商貿物流中心，重現"貨到漢口活"！
格隆匯 3 月 21日丨當前，武漢市錨定國家中心城市、長江經濟帶核心城市和國際化大都市總體定位，謀定而快動，正在加快打造"五大中心"--全國經濟中心、國家科技創新中心、國家商貿物流中心、國際交往中心和區域金融中心，建設現代化大武漢。在打造"五個中心"中，建設國家商貿物流中心，武漢的底藴和基礎最深厚。"九省通衢"，"貨到漢口活"，如何重塑這一商貿繁榮景象，目前，武漢正支持卓爾智聯集團旗下漢口北建設武漢國際貿易城，發力中國最大現代商貿物流中心。
今年1月6號，武漢國際貿易城在漢口北全面開工，將建成1200萬平方米的超大型現代商貿物流集羣，其中，子項目武漢城市物流配送中心的建設，將與現有城際物流專線貫通，融合新興信息技術，發展成為武漢規模最大、效率最高的分撥配送中心，將彌補物流行業集中度不高、沒有形成有效互聯互通等短板。
物流行業集中，需要倉儲配套。而武漢國際貿易城，將以漢口北現有600萬平方米商貿市場為核心區，面積再擴大一倍，發展集中倉儲、共同配送、倉配一體等消費物流新模式。漢口北童裝行業協會會長鬍東從事童裝業已有10多年，5年前，他從老市場搬來漢口北，看中的正是這裏正在發力的倉配一體的物流模式。他表示，倉配作業一體化和規模效應，最終能促進商貿物流行業降本增效。
在漢口北國際商品交易中心的酒店用品城，尚心品格咖啡貿易有限公司一派忙碌，入駐漢口北八年，這家公司成為上百家奶茶、餐飲企業的飲品原料供應商。春季飲品上市，每天原料發貨量都在200件以上。公司負責人表示，奶茶供應鏈主要兩大食品要快速一個酸奶製品，還有一個冷凍品，時效的供應儘量不要超過24小時，今天送明天到達最好。
目前，公司發往省內各地的貨物基本上都能實現次日達。從傳統交易到飲品研發、培訓等多業務，企業越做越大，不僅在省內，該公司的客户也遍佈到全國各地，對於物流的快捷需求也越來越高。省內次日達，省外三天到貨，該負責人希望物流時間還可以再壓一壓。
物流時間的壓縮，既要靠通達的交通基礎設施，又需要覆蓋全國各地的物流網點的匯聚。目前，漢口北已從全國引進了240家物流公司，專線物流公司200多家，可覆蓋湖北全省72個縣市及周邊30%的鄉鎮，依託京珠、滬蓉、岱黃、漢孝、漢十等多條高速路網，實現了省內次日達，但省外只覆蓋了廣東，福建，上海、浙江，江蘇等主要經濟區，部分地區物流需要到其他地區進行中轉。
漢口北物流行業協會會長葉愛珍介紹，目前漢口北物流園只覆蓋了省外40%的地區。隨着這幾年漢口北的快速發展，很多外地的商户、物流公司要搬進漢口北，建設更大規模的商貿物流中心非常必要。
卓爾智聯副總裁、漢口北集團總裁曹天斌表示，漢口北貨運站和城市物流配送中心建成後，將引進更多的物流企業，整個物流的集中將會提高漢口北商品的流通效率，降低了物流成本，商品的價格也就降下來了，市場競爭力就提高了，才保證了"貨到漢口活"。
