同道獵聘(06100.HK)公佈年度業績 收益增長23.5% 註冊個人用户人數突破6000萬
格隆匯3月19日丨同道獵聘(06100.HK)發佈公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收益18.7億元人民幣，同比增長23.5%；毛利14.57億元，同比增長24.8%；公司非通用會計準則經營溢利2.49億元，同比增長34%。
收益增加主要是由於線上人才服務滲透程度及品牌知名度提升，導致付費客户數量增加；及優質客户的多元化及彈性需求帶來向上銷售及交叉銷售機會，令每名用户平均收益增加。
2020年第四季度，公司確認收益人民幣6.08億元，按年同比增長47.6%。增長強勁的第四季度提升了2020年的整體表現。
截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司自人才獲取服務及其他人力資源服務獲得收益人民幣17.23億元（而2019年同期獲得收益人民幣14.31億元）。驗證企業用户數目由截至2019年12月31日的559,568名增至截至2020年12月31日的725,059名。線上平台發佈的職位數目亦由截至2019年12月31日的520萬個增至截至2020年12月31日的690萬個。
公司的註冊個人用户人數由2019年12月31日的5420萬名增加至2020年12月31日的6320萬名。流量在2020年4月創下紀錄新高。隨着疫情逐步緩和，公司觀察到個人用户的活躍度極高，註冊個人用户的參與程度不斷上升。於2020年12月31日，公司的驗證獵頭數目由2019年12月31日的158,365名增加至168,108名。
公司截至2020年12月31日止三個月的研發開支為人民幣6630萬元，較截至2019年12月31日止三個月的人民幣4570萬元增加45.1%。為了把握重大長期增長機會，公司積極投入研發人員及人力成本。
此外，2020年，公司的調查SaaS平台問卷星呈現巨大的增長態勢。COVID-19疫情引起的變化為公司提供穩固調查SaaS平台的市場領先地位及進一步培養用户習慣的機遇。得益於問卷星的先發優勢及人性化的產品設計，2020年的調查問卷蒐集總數超過40億，幾乎為2019年數量的四倍，且調查問卷的分發量激增超過1億份。公司的調查平台成倍擴大其SaaS服務，該等服務具備調查、測試及評估等功能，從而加強用户體驗。隨着廣泛推廣SaaS訂購套餐獲得成功，與集團更深層的整合計劃已制定並將於2021年推出。公司將更好地利用深度數據，推行多樣的變現策略。公司期待在獵聘平台之間共享更多個人用户流量並通過協同效應創造價值。
