海格通信(002465.SZ)：子公司海格資產擬向華信泰增資6000萬元
格隆匯 3 月 19日丨海格通信(002465.SZ)公佈，根據公司發展戰略，為加大對主營業務相關核心技術的投資，公司全資子公司北京海格資產管理有限公司(“海格資產”)擬增資北京華信泰科技股份有限公司(“華信泰”)，並與華信泰及其相關股東簽訂《關於北京華信泰科技股份有限公司之投資協議》。
海格資產擬向華信泰增資6000萬元，獲得華信泰27.0498%股權，其中：750萬元計入華信泰註冊資本，餘下5250萬元計入華信泰資本公積。此次增資完成後，華信泰的註冊資本由原來的人民幣2022.66萬元增加至人民幣2772.66萬元。此次增資事項不會改變公司合併報表範圍。
華信泰主要從事授時導航、廣播通信等領域的科研、生產和運營服務。聚焦北斗應用產業，面向廣播通信、高精度定位導航、物流交通、地球物理勘探等領域用户，提供授時/時頻、通信、定位導航通用器件、產品以及相關係統集成服務。
原子鐘隸屬於時間頻率行業，能為計算機制造業、電子器件製造業、通信設備製造業、電子元件及電子專用材料製造業等子行業提供基礎的產品和技術支撐，是電子信息製造業的關鍵領域。CPT原子鐘具有守時精準度高、功耗低、體積小等特點，適用於衞星導航授時、通信同步、水下探測等需求迫切的應用領域，屬於高精尖元器件，目前國內主要使用產品大部分為國外進口，在國產替代及民用市場上有廣泛的市場應用空間。芯片級CPT銣原子鐘是華信泰的核心產品，掌握了核心技術，已經實現了小批量生產。
公司主營業務為無線通信和北斗導航，相關產品有高精度時間頻率基準需求，公司投資華信泰符合公司加大對主營業務相關核心技術投資的發展戰略，通過產業鏈的延伸，有利於提高公司通信和導航產品競爭優勢。基於華信泰目前在CPT銣原子鐘技術和市場上具有領先優勢，公司投資入股華信泰有利於華信泰加快技術研發及產品線建設，快速佔領市場和實現投資回報，同時實現雙方產業協同。
