格隆匯 3 月 19日丨通裕重工(300185.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年3月19日召開的第五屆董事會第九次臨時會議和第五屆監事會第七次臨時會議審議通過了《關於將首次公開發行股票募投項目節餘資金永久補充流動資金的議案》,該議案無需提交公司股東大會審議。現將詳細內容公吿如下:
鑑於公司首次公開發行股票募投項目已實施完畢,為更好地發揮首次公開發行股票募集資金的效益,提高首發募集資金的使用效率,實現股東利益最大化,根據《深圳證券交易所創業板上市公司規範運作指引》等法律法規及規範性文件的規定,公司將首發募投項目全部節餘募集資金共計991.43萬元(含利息)用於永久補充流動資金(上述為截止2021年2月底數據,具體金額以實際劃款時該項目專户資金餘額為準)。
