西安旅遊(000610.SZ)：2020年業績扭虧為盈至3757.63萬元 擬10派0.12元
格隆匯3月19日丨西安旅遊(000610.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入2.99億元，同比下降65.35%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3757.63萬元，上年同期虧損3020.22萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損1.02億元，上年同期虧損4670.1萬元；基本每股收益0.1587元。擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.12元(含税)。
新冠疫情以來，西旅股份快速響應迅速行動，第一時間成立新型肺炎聯防聯控領導小組，切實負起責任、堅守崗位、周密部署、做細做實。面對疫情帶來的經營困境，西旅股份堅持“任務不減、目標不變、標準不降”的總體要求，在“危”中突破，在“機”中奮進，堅持新發展理念，只爭朝夕真抓實幹，統籌推進疫情防控和高質量發展。依據實際情況制定“一三五”工作思路與實施方案，逐步推動企業有序復工復產。同時結合政府及曲江新區各類支持政策，積極爭取各類紓困扶持，截止12月底，收到政府補貼資金1341.36萬元。
報吿期內通過渭水園股權轉讓、上林宮、關中大院整體租賃盤活企業存量資產，提高資產使用效率，確保2020年公司總體實現扭虧為盈，實現企業良性發展。同時調整資產併購思路和策略，充分整合有效資源，通過收購、混改等多種方式成立了多家分子公司有力推動了西旅股份主業發展的步伐。
報吿期內公司通過深度挖掘西安城市底藴及企業文化，結合中秋節氣推出公司首款文創月餅禮盒，運用logo書籤、千里江山圖及AR技術，巧妙展現公司豐富業態與人文情懷，開拓文旅產品市場，提升公司文化內涵。
報吿期內公司推動智慧化建設，實現數據共享與整合。利用大數據等技術手段開發信息化管控平台，通過搭建旅行社板塊集團管控系統及酒店智慧化系統框架，連接各板塊的業務信息孤島，實現西旅股份內部資源整合輸出，進一步推進各分(子)公司資源橫向互聯，業務鏈縱向貫通，全面提升企業管理能力。
