格隆汇 3 月 19日丨亚洲能源物流(00351.HK)公告,相较于截至2019年12月31日止年度("2019财政年度")公司拥有人应占亏损约305.9万港元,集团于2020财政年度公司拥有人应占溢利预期介乎约1.1亿港元至1.2亿港元。
集团于2020财政年度录得公司拥有人应占溢利,而于2019财政年度则录得公司拥有人应占亏损,乃主要由于年度清盘及解散若干附属公司船运及物流业务营运,导致集团自已终止经营业务确认收益1.59亿港元(2019财政年度:出售若干附属公司铁路建设及运营业务营运,导致确认收益约2720万港元)。
