中國水業集團(01129.HK):預計2020財年綜合純利1.1億至1.3億港元
格隆匯 3 月 19日丨中國水業集團(01129.HK)發佈公吿,預期集團2020年財年可能錄得未經審核綜合純利約1.1億港元至1.3億港元,而2019年財年的經審核綜合純利約為1.79億港元,因此,可能會出現公司擁有人應占輕微虧損至2000萬港元的溢利,而2019年財年的公司擁有人應占溢利約為1.16億港元。
與2019年財年相比,董事會認為於2020年財年的有關溢利減少主要由於:(i)因出售聯營公司於2019年完成,故於2020年財年並無出售聯營公司收益;(ii)融資成本因擴大物業發展及可再生能源業務而有所增加;(iii)有關若干可再生能源項目資產的減值虧損撥備增加所致。預期上述事實的影響將獲向樓宇建築項目提供管理服務產生的其他經營收入增加、退回增值税、股本投資虧損淨額及行政開支兩者的減少所部分抵銷。
