格隆匯 3 月 19日丨皖能電力(000543.SZ)公佈,為做好資金管理工作,保證到期債務順利兑付,有效控制資金成本,持續降低財務費用,公司擬利用銀行間債券市場開展直接融資工作,啟動中期票據的注冊發行工作,申請註冊發行不超過50億元中期票據。
募集資金用途:根據公司實際需求,包括但不限於補充流動資金、償還存量債務、項目建設和併購、權益類投資等符合交易商協會要求的用途。
