格隆匯3月19日丨中科三環(000970.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入46.52億元，同比增長15.31%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.29億元，同比下降35.66%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.1億元，同比下降33.98%；基本每股收益0.1214元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.5元(含税)。
報吿期內，公司針對低碳經濟、工業智能化和智能家電等領域的重大需求，圍繞新能源汽車、先進軌道交通裝備、節能家電、高檔數控機牀和機器人等關鍵應用領域，研究院和各生產基地研發團隊緊密配合，大膽創新，以承擔的國家863計劃新材料領域重大專項和國家、地方政府及企業自立科技項目的研究積累和技術成果為基礎，實現了大量新產品或新技術的中試驗證和批量生產。
在燒結釹鐵硼磁體領域，通過晶粒細化、晶界擴散、晶界調控等新工藝的研發和攻關，磁體綜合性能不斷提升，重稀土用量顯著降低，磁體原材料成本日益優化，磁體自身能耗逐步下降，適應了新能源汽車、節能家電、信息產業等特殊應用環境的要求。同時為滿足家用、玩具等特殊市場的應用，推動稀土資源平衡綜合利用，公司還研發了含有鑭(La)、鈰(Ce)、混合稀土等高丰度、低價稀土元素的低成本稀土永磁體。
在粘結磁體領域，進一步穩定了節能車載電機磁體的生產工藝，滿足了應用需求；大力開發磁體與金屬/塑料零件一體成形的自動化技術，產品在新能源汽車電機、傳感器和節能變頻家電等領域得到廣泛應用；優化磁體的磁化方式，嚴格控制磁體的表磁分佈，使精密傳感器產品達到了客户的苛刻要求。
截至2020年底，公司累計申請專利已達590餘件，專利授權量400餘件，其中授權的發明專利170餘件。專利內容涉及成份配方優化、生產工藝改善、設備改型、裝置完善、表面處理方法改進等釹鐵硼材料生產過程中的各個環節，基本涵蓋了稀土永磁材料製造的全部核心技術，對公司高檔釹鐵硼磁體質量的改善和領先優勢的保持起到了巨大的支撐作用。
