《大行報告》里昂上調恆大物業(06666.HK)目標價至24元 評級「買入」
里昂發表的研究報告指,恆大物業(06666.HK)去年核心溢利升178.4%,較該行預測高4.7%,同時亦好過之前所發的盈喜。管理層目標2020-23年收入年複合增長達50-60%,並目標今年底合約及在管面積達8億及6億平方米。今年公司社區增值服務目標增長90%,主要受惠母公司的支持、家裝美居及社區團購等,該行將公司2021/22年核心淨利預測升2.9%及5.8%,目標價由22元升至24元,重申「買入」評級。
公司今年首兩月合約面積增加1.14億平方米至6.79億平方米,公司就合約及管理面積訂下了進取的目標,主要因為其併購團隊有逾300人,並正研究一籃子的物管公司,涉及在管面積達10億平方米。(el/k)
