《大行报告》里昂上调恒大物业(06666.HK)目标价至24元 评级「买入」
里昂发表的研究报告指,恒大物业(06666.HK)去年核心溢利升178.4%,较该行预测高4.7%,同时亦好过之前所发的盈喜。管理层目标2020-23年收入年复合增长达50-60%,并目标今年底合约及在管面积达8亿及6亿平方米。今年公司社区增值服务目标增长90%,主要受惠母公司的支持、家装美居及社区团购等,该行将公司2021/22年核心净利预测升2.9%及5.8%,目标价由22元升至24元,重申「买入」评级。
公司今年首两月合约面积增加1.14亿平方米至6.79亿平方米,公司就合约及管理面积订下了进取的目标,主要因为其并购团队有逾300人,并正研究一篮子的物管公司,涉及在管面积达10亿平方米。(el/k)
