遠大中國(02789.HK):預計年度淨虧6.5億元至7.5億元
格隆匯3月19日丨遠大中國(02789.HK)發佈公吿,預期公司截至2020年12月31日止年度集團將會錄得淨虧損介於人民幣6.5億元至人民幣7.5億元較2019年年度錄得的淨利潤人民幣8980萬元有所下降。
公吿表示,上述變動主要歸因於(其中包括)始於2020年並長期持續的COVID-19疫情對全球經濟帶來的不利影響導致施工項目的延期以及確認金融及合同資產預期的信用損失的虧損撥備。就集團業務而言,COVID-19疫情的發展可能會導致幕牆系統施工的生產和交付的再延誤,但公司認為,當情況恢復正常時,集團加快生產╱施工過程會減少這種影響。
