格隆匯 3 月 18日丨中信證券(06030.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年12月31日止年度，集團實現營業總收入及其他收入人民幣718.69億元，同比增長25.91%；實現歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤人民幣149.02億元，同比增長21.86%；實現基本每股收益人民幣1.16元，同比增長14.85%；加權平均淨資產收益率8.43%，同比增加0.67個百分點，擬派息每股人民幣0.4元。
2020年度，集團實現手續費及佣金淨收入人民幣267.64億元，同比增長48.51%，主要是由於經紀業務和資產管理業務收入增長所致。2020年，集團實現利息淨收入人民幣25.87億元，同比增長26.50%；2020年，集團實現投資收益人民幣179.07億元，同比增長12.69%。
截至2020年12月31日，集團資產總額為人民幣10,529.62億元，同比增加人民幣2,612.40億元，增長33.00%；扣除代理買賣證券款及代理承銷證券款後，集團資產總額為人民幣8,487.80億元，同比增加人民幣1,806.82億元，增長27.04%。截至2020年12月31日，集團負債總額為人民幣8,670.80億元，同比增加人民幣2,408.08億元，增長38.45%；扣除代理買賣證券款及代理承銷證券款後，集團負債總額為人民幣6,628.98億元，同比增加人民幣1,602.50億元，增長31.88%。
2021年，公司將以習近平中國特色社會主義思想為指導，深入學習貫徹黨的十九屆五中全會精神，總結二十五年來公司踐行國家戰略、服務實體經濟的寶貴經驗，持續加大市場開拓，提升客户服務能力，促進公司高質量可持續發展。重點工作包括：把握資本市場深改機遇，抓住全面實行股票發行註冊制、提高直接融資比重的歷史機遇，推動提升融資業務規模，發揮金融業務優勢支持實體經濟發展；加大新經濟領域客户開發力度，推動傳統行業存量客户向新經濟領域轉型，加強京津冀、長三角、粵港澳大灣區、長江經濟帶、海南自貿港等重點區域的業務佈局，深度融入國家區域戰略，紥實推進區域市場開發；強化科技賦能，運用大數據、雲計算、人工智能、區塊鏈、5G等新一代技術，加強信息系統全球一體化建設；完善內控體系建設，從組織架構、職責分工、協同合作、工作方法和流程等方面對內控活動進行規範，牢牢守住金融風險底線。
