恆地(00012.HK)以底價4.82億元強拍統一紅磡舊樓業權
恆地(00012.HK)早前收購紅磡黃埔街22、22A及24號,及必嘉街88、90及90A號物業權益,有關物業今日(18日)透過仲量聯行進行強拍,拍賣底價為4.82億元,結果恆地在沒有競爭對手下以底價投得項目,成功統一業權發展。
項目現為一幢8層高舊樓,樓齡約64年,地盤面積約4,675平方呎,若以地積比率9倍重建,涉及可建總樓面面積約4.21萬平方呎。恆地指是次為紅磡灣區內最後一個強拍項目,預計會興建一幢樓高25層住宅,涉及105伙,平均面積約334平方呎。
