拼多多创办人黄峥辞任董事长
拼多多(PDD.US)创办人兼董事长黄峥向股东发信,指董事会周三(17日)批准他辞去董事长职务,辞职後他将专注於自己感兴趣的生命科学领域。而拼多多联合创始人及首席执行官陈磊将兼任公司董事长一职。
黄峥现年41岁,其於去年7月卸任拼多多行政总裁,但仍是公司最大股东。黄峥在信中承诺,他个人名下的股票在未来三年内继续锁定不出售。不再担任董事长和管理职位後,他所持股份的超级投票权也随之失效,名下股份的投票权将委托给拼多多董事会。
