和嘉控股(00704.HK):預計2020財年綜合虧損1.42億至3.98億港元
格隆匯 3 月 18日丨和嘉控股(00704.HK)發佈公吿,預計集團將於2020年財政年度錄得約為1.13億港元的經營利潤,主要是由於改變焦炭運輸方式以致運輸成本轉移給大多數客户的銷售費用減少而產生。此外,集團亦預計將錄得綜合虧損約為1.42億港元至3.98億港元之間,對比截至2019年12月31日止年度錄得綜合溢利約為1500萬港元。
公吿表示,2020年財政年度的預期綜合虧損主要是由於金巖和嘉的物業、廠房及設備資產的非現金減值,原因是自2020年12月28日起金巖和嘉4.3米焦爐產能減少,預期減值虧損的金額約為2.56億港元至5.11億港元之間。截至本公吿日期,為保障城市供暖需要,金巖和嘉4.3米焦爐仍有50%的產能在運作,會因應政府的有關要求隨時關停。
