天賜材料(002709.SZ)擬斥1500萬美元設立德國子公司
格隆匯 3 月 17日丨天賜材料(002709.SZ)公佈,2021年3月16日,公司召開了第五屆董事會第十次會議審議通過了《關於對外投資設立德國子公司的議案》,同意公司以貨幣出資的方式在德國投資設立全資子公司TINCI MATERIALS GmbH,註冊資本為1500萬美元,經營範圍為鋰離子電池材料(含化學品和危險化學品)的生產和銷售;化學品貿易;技術進出口。並授權公司法定代表人徐金富簽署與此次對外投資事項相關的法律文件。
此次在德國設立子公司,是公司基於全球新能源汽車發展的良好前景,為更好服務歐洲市場所做的前期籌備,有利於公司後續海外項目的開展和推進,有利於公司進一步開拓海外市場和促進公司與海外客户的交流合作,符合公司鋰電池材料國際化發展的戰略。
