潤邦股份(002483.SZ)：兩家子公司通過高新技術企業認定
格隆匯 3 月 17日丨潤邦股份(002483.SZ)公佈，公司現就公司全資子公司南通潤邦重機有限公司(“潤邦重機”)、南通潤邦海洋工程裝備有限公司(“潤邦海洋”)高新技術企業認定相關情況公吿如下：
一、潤邦重機高新技術企業重新認定情況
潤邦重機於近日收到由江蘇省科學技術廳、江蘇省財政廳、國家税務總局江蘇省税務局聯合頒發的《高新技術企業證書》，證書編號：GR202032001937，發證時間:2020年12月2日，有效期:三年。
二、潤邦海洋高新技術企業認定情況
潤邦海洋於近日收到由江蘇省科學技術廳、江蘇省財政廳、國家税務總局江蘇省税務局聯合頒發的《高新技術企業證書》，證書編號：GR202032005708，發證時間:2020年12月2日，有效期:三年。
此次潤邦重機獲得高新技術企業認定系其原高新技術企業證書有效期滿後的再次認定，根據《中華人民共和國企業所得税法》、《高新技術企業認定管理辦法》等有關規定，潤邦重機再次通過高新技術企業認定後三年內(2020年度—2022年度)繼續享受國家高新技術企業所得税等優惠政策。鑑於公司已根據相關規定對潤邦重機2020年應納税所得額按15%的企業所得税税率進行納税申報及預繳，故該事項不會對公司2020年度經營業績及2020年度已披露的各定期報吿中的財務數據產生影響。
根據國家對高新技術企業的相關税收優惠政策，潤邦海洋被認定為高新技術企業將自認定合格當年起三年內，按15％的企業所得税税率徵收企業所得税。
經測算，在潤邦海洋享受上述高新技術企業所得税優惠後，公司2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤仍在公司於2021年1月21日披露的《2020年度業績預吿》中的業績預計範圍內，即2020年度公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤範圍為盈利2.4億元—3.6億元，比上年同期增長71.07%—156.61%。
