電能實業(00006.HK)年度純利減少14%至61.32億港元 末期息2.04港元
格隆匯3月17日丨電能實業(00006.HK)發佈公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司收入12.7億港元,同比減少6%;公司股東應占溢利61.32億港元,同比減少14%;每股盈利2.87港元,末期股息每股2.04港元。
溢利下降的主要因素為英國重新計量遞延税項負債而產生一次性非現金支出(港幣7億8,000萬元);其他因素包括:集團在中國內地兩座燃煤發電廠的合作經營期屆滿後,當地業務貢獻減少;及新型冠狀病毒疫情對業務帶來輕微負面影響。年內,集團出售葡萄牙Iberwind業務錄得一次性收益,局部抵銷溢利跌幅。
電能實業集團一向採取低風險和多元化的業務模式,經營受規管或由長期承購合約保障的業務,為2020年提供強勁的收入來源。來自營運的資金流由2019年的港幣53億6,800萬元增加至2020年的港幣55億3,300萬元。
