电能实业(00006.HK)年度纯利减少14%至61.32亿港元 末期息2.04港元
格隆汇3月17日丨电能实业(00006.HK)发布公告,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司收入12.7亿港元,同比减少6%;公司股东应占溢利61.32亿港元,同比减少14%;每股盈利2.87港元,末期股息每股2.04港元。
溢利下降的主要因素为英国重新计量递延税项负债而产生一次性非现金支出(港币7亿8,000万元);其他因素包括:集团在中国内地两座燃煤发电厂的合作经营期届满后,当地业务贡献减少;及新型冠状病毒疫情对业务带来轻微负面影响。年内,集团出售葡萄牙Iberwind业务录得一次性收益,局部抵销溢利跌幅。
电能实业集团一向采取低风险和多元化的业务模式,经营受规管或由长期承购合约保障的业务,为2020年提供强劲的收入来源。来自营运的资金流由2019年的港币53亿6,800万元增加至2020年的港币55亿3,300万元。
