《大行报告》花旗上调越秀地产(00123.HK)目标价至2.38元 评级「买入」
花旗发表研报指,越秀地产(00123.HK)在独特的国企背景支持下2021年增长前景清晰,预期TOD项目每年可贡献销售收入200亿元人民币,加上广州的住宅+政府公共项目将带来500亿元人民币可售资源,持续增加的土地储备将支持公司2025年达成销售目标2,000亿元人民币,复合年增长率达20%。
越秀地产今年销售目标为1,122亿元人民币,长远计划将公开市场获取土地的比例降至一半,该行预期公司每年发展2至3个TOD项目,将贡献土储约两至三成。花旗认为,越秀地产业绩符合预期,新五年计划将带来稳定增长动力,重申「买入」评级,目标价由2.3元上调至2.38元。
