大酒店(00045.HK)公布,去年第四季香港半島酒店平均可出租客房收入為1,173元,按年跌31.56%,按季則升54.34%,期內平均房租為2,975元,按年跌38.27%,按季則微升1.57%。第四季出租率升至39%,按年增3個百分點,按季則升13個百分點。
在其他亞洲地區方面,去年第四季平均可出租客房收入為1,152元,按年跌52%,平均房租3,103元,按年跌2.61%,出租率亦降至37%。
在美國及歐洲方面半島酒店平均可出租客房收入為964元,按年大幅下跌78.37%,按季則跌20.53%,平均房租5,019元,按年跌16.96%,出租率降至僅19%。(el/u) ~
