非凡中国(08032.HK)附属出售扬州土地权益 料收益4,670万元
非凡中国(08032.HK)公布,公司非全资附属非凡中国扬州社区开发,向买方扬州市华城房地产开发,出售目标公司扬州非凡房地产开发全部已发行股本,代价为3.14亿元人民币。
目标公司主要从事物业开发和销售、物业租赁、资产管理、室内外设计及翻新、建筑设备及材料的批发以及酒店管理。目标公司亦持有位於江苏省扬州市广陵新城的土地,总面积为2.33万平方米,而该土地目前空置。
公司预计将确认未经审核收益约4,670万港元。出售事项产生的所得款项净额约为3.58亿港元,现时拟用於公司管理层认为合适的机遇出现时集团可能进行的收购事项;及集团的一般营运资金。(ek/w)
