富匯建築控股(01034.HK):預計年度淨虧損不少於7000萬港元
格隆匯 3 月 17日丨富匯建築控股(01034.HK)發佈公吿,與2019年度同期錄得淨溢利約720萬港元相比,集團預期截至2020年12月31日止年度將錄得不少於7000萬港元的淨虧損。
公吿表示,該虧損主要歸因於(其中包括)以下原因所致:(1)收益減少由於該年度集團部分已完成項目的合約金額較低所致;及(2)該年度期間進行的若干項目的毛利率較低由於市場競爭加劇及2019冠狀病毒病減緩若干項目的進程導致建築成本增加,原因為延長保留所需工地勞動力及建築材料交付受阻。
