天沃科技(002564.SZ)：2020年度業績盈轉虧至11.6億元
格隆匯 3 月 16日丨天沃科技(002564.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入77.12億元，同比下降28.45%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損11.6億元，上年同期盈利4239.19萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損12.55億元，上年同期盈利4643.47萬元；基本每股虧損1.35元。
報吿期，公司按照上海電氣發展定位，堅守主業，有增有穩，有保有壓，調整結構，穩健發展。同時，在上海電氣產業和資源優勢、資金、市場、技術和品牌等方面的支持下，與上海電氣協同發展。本年度，在董事會的領導下，公司管理團隊勤勉盡職，持續推進主營業務穩健發展，加大市場開拓力度，着力優化管理體系建設，加強風險控制。然而，面對突如其來的新冠疫情，全公司上下共同努力，但由於疫情持續性、廣泛性影響，加之缺乏有效的應對措施，公司EPC工程業務，包括海外項目進展受阻，公司整體效益大幅下降。
1、中機電力：訂單穩定，後續活力不減。本報吿期，受新冠疫情影響，公司能源工程服務版塊業務，因各地實施嚴格的疫情防控措施，人員流動及物流受限，現場施工在一段時間裏處於停滯狀態。復工復產後，仍有部分施工現場不能達到全面復產狀態，公司全年收入有較大幅度降低。工程施工及生產製造的回款亦受此影響延期，資金佔用增加，賬齡延長，導致財務費用增加。此外，工程業務因風電設備和建安費用上升，導致採購及施工成本上升。因此，天沃科技所屬中機國能電力工程有限公司出現虧損，導致天沃科技母公司整體虧損。
中機電力在疫情不利的影響下，仍狠抓內部管理，通過發佈“負面清單”、實現業務流程再造、推進信息化管理等方式提高管理能力。同時，外搶市場拓展。在傳統火電項目競爭力不減的基礎上，新能源版塊不斷壯大，其中風電項目佔到公司承接總項目比重達到47%，光伏、生物質等項目規模也進一步拓展，新能源產業發展提速，為2021年扭轉經營業績打好堅實基礎。
2、張化機：“化危為機”，取得疫情防控與復工復產雙勝利。本報吿期，在做好疫情防控的前提下，張化機充分抓住石化裝備市場景氣機遇，保質保量完成了大連恆力五線PTA設備、福建百宏PTA裝置核心設備、19-36航天長征AP久泰航天氣化爐、19-15古雷石化全球最大EOEG洗滌塔、18-91三星能源阿布扎比國家石油公司項目等設備的交付。同時，業務向新能源領域拓展，順利完成全球最大太陽能發電迪拜項目關鍵設備的交付，為張化機進入新能源裝備市場打開了局面。這些重點項目的及時交付，不但穩定了市場、贏得了客户讚譽，還大大化解了一季度交期集中交貨的壓力。上半年銷售收入同比增長77.7%，生產入庫產值同比增長88%，淨利潤同比增長301.6%，為全年預算目標的實現打下了堅實的基礎。報吿期內，張化機狠抓內部管理，取得安全生產標準化二級證書，為提質增效打下良好基礎。
3、紅旗船廠：經營平穩，抓好質量體系運行。國防建設業務上，儘管疫情影響，經營生產仍保持平穩發展，科研新產品研發取得階段性突破。在進一步抓好國防建設產品生產製造體系建設，各項資質得到良好維護的同時，在民用船舶製造、鋼結構業務等方面也保持平穩經營態勢。
