雄岸科技(01647.HK)擬與第九城市成立合營以探索NFT領域機
格隆匯 3 月 16日丨雄岸科技(01647.HK)宣佈，公司擬成立全資附屬公司香港雄岸數字藝術集團有限公司，以建設基於中國藝術品為主、覆蓋全球主流藝術的不可替代代幣(NFT)。於2021年3月16日，公司與上海第九城市信息技術有限公司("第九城市")簽訂戰略合作協議，內容有關成立一間合營公司以探索NFT領域機會。
根據該協議：1.公司將主要從事NFT項目投資，遴選優質的NFT項目—以中國數字藝術品為主、覆蓋全球主流數字藝術品的NFT，推動獨特的數字藝術品可以被確認所有權。2.數字和基於加密貨幣的藝術作品能促進拍賣行的運營，有助於拍賣行不斷尋找新方式並吸引新受眾。訂約雙方將運用區塊鏈行業的豐富經驗，推動數字藝術品拍賣行業的發展。3.第九城市將利用其掌握的區塊鏈技術、FIL分佈式存儲服務、NFT相關研究儲備等為公司提供相應的技術支持，未來不排除更深層次的股權合作可能性。
第九城市為一間於納斯達克上市的公司(股票代碼：NCTY)，主要於中國從事營運及開發網絡遊戲，近期亦有涉足區塊鏈業務。朱駿可行使第九城市約66.4%的投票權，併為第九城市的最終實益擁有人。除朱駿外，概無第九城市股東擁有超過10%的投票權。朱駿為第九城市的首席執行官兼董事會主席。
董事會主席兼執行董事姚勇傑是區塊鏈行業的領軍人物，是嘉楠耘智的早期投資人，同時作為主要發起人之一創辦藝是網拍(http://h5.yesauc.com)，該平台在全國乃至全球線上藝術品拍賣領域具有龍頭地位。西泠印社拍賣有限公司("西泠拍賣")是領軍藝術品市場多年的藝術品拍賣行。藝是網拍是西泠拍賣唯一合作的線上拍賣平台，其商品成交金額已超過2億美元。於公吿日期，公司與姚勇傑分別擁有第九城市已發行股份的約0.04%及約0.08%的投票權。
董事會相信，監於集團及第九城市各自的實力、資源及專才，預期建議合作將有助集團進一步拓展其區塊鏈業務，併為集團帶來長期價值。
