珠光控股(01176.HK)預期年度純利增長逾200%
格隆匯3月16日丨珠光控股(01176.HK)公佈,相比於2019財政年度公司擁有人應占溢利約7.47億港元,公司預期於截至2020年12月31日止年度公司擁有人應占溢利將錄得不少於200%增幅,這主要是由於下列各項所致:集團出售廣州御宏投資有限公司(公司當時的全資附屬公司)的所有股權導致於2020財政年度錄得來自出售一間附屬公司收益,而於2019財政年度並無該筆款項;於2020財政年度錄得的物業銷售收入增加(2019財政年度:約25.4億港元),主要由於集團就其於2020財政年度出售廣州御嘉投資有限公司(其持有用作出售及投資用途的一棟辦公及商業大廈及泊車位)的所有股權而確認銷售收入所致;及由於人民幣兑港元於2020財政年度升值而錄得外匯收益,而2019財政年度則錄得外匯虧損約2.55億港元。
