格隆匯 3 月 16日丨恆大物業(06666.HK)公佈年度業績,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司營業收入約人民幣105.09億元,同比增長約43.3%;毛利潤約人民幣40.06億元,同比增長約128.3%;年度股東應占利潤約人民幣26.48億元,同比增長約184.7%,基本每股盈利人民幣0.26元。
集團收入主要來自三項業務板塊:物業管理服務;社區增值服務;及非業主增值服務。年內,物業管理服務收入約人民幣63.215億元,同比增長約37.1%,毛利率上升15.9個百分點至約33.6%,佔總收入比約60.2%;社區增值服務收入約人民幣12.641億元,同比增長約120.6%,毛利率約63.4%,佔總收入比由2019年同期約7.8%上升至約12.0%;非業主增值服務收入約人民幣29.232億元,同比增長約36.1%,毛利率約37.1%,佔總收入比約27.8%。
截至2020年12月31日,集團總合約管理面積約5.65億平方米,在管面積約3.00億平方米(含第三方開發商開發的物業面積約970萬平方米),覆蓋22個省,5個自治區,4個直轄市及香港,共290個城市,管理項目937個,向220多萬户住户提供物業管理服務,憑藉高品質的服務獲得了市場高度認可,2020年度客户滿意度為95.6,項目續約率為100%,並榮獲2020年中國物業服務企業品牌價值百強榜第三、2020年中國物業服務百強服務質量領先企業、2020年中國物業服務百強滿意度領先企業等多項榮譽稱號。
