大唐集團控股(02117.HK)公佈年度業績 淨利潤大增51.4% 淨負債率下降超50%
格隆匯3月16日丨大唐集團控股(02117.HK)公佈,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司營業額為人民幣106億元,較2019年增加30.6%;淨利潤為人民幣9.5億元,較2019年增加51.4%,淨利潤率達9.0%,董事會建議派發末期股息為每股人民幣11分。
期間物業銷售所得收入較去年同期增加30.1%至約人民幣101.1億元,佔已確認收入總額的95.5%;提供建築服務所得收入較去年同期增加10.7%至約人民幣2.42億元;商業物業投資及經營所得收入較去年同期增加38.9%至約為人民幣5640萬元;及酒店經營所得收入較去年同期增加37.6%約為人民幣4780萬元。
截至2020年12月31日,集團土地儲備總建築面積為2,044萬平方米。其中於2020年12月31日,已竣工供出售物業134萬平方米,持作投資的可租用面積17萬平方米,開發中物業1,893萬平方米。本年度新獲取面積為839萬平方米;本年度新進入長三角區域使得分佈更加優化,土儲結構更為合理。
此外,截至2020年12月31日,淨負債率為58.7%(2019年:119.2%),現金短債比為1.3(2019年:0.96),較以前年度有大幅優化和改善,處於穩健水平。截至2020年12月31日,集團現金及銀行結餘充裕,達人民幣56.6億元,較2019年12月31日增加38.2%。
展望未來,集團將始終堅持以“客户為中心的高質量規模化發展主題,以平台化戰略與產品力提升雙輪驅動為主線”,實現業績的再增長。在具體業務上,集團將繼續堅定實施平台化戰略,拓寬朋友圈,加速資源聚集。堅持以客户的價值感知為着力點,持續推動產品力提升;以資本市場要求為導向,持續提升財務與成本管理水平。此外,集團將積極推動上海總部建設,鋭意打造一個更開放包容的平台,引入更多優質資源,以更好的品牌形象實現全國化佈局。
