傳螞蟻集團估值縮減36.5%至逾2,000億美元
據《路透》引述消息人士指,螞蟻集團去年上市計劃觸礁,並被監管機構要求重組,投資者對其估值轉趨審慎,根據去年業績,目前估值已降至逾2,000億美元,較去年傳出全球規模最大IPO計劃時的3,150億美元縮減約36.5%。
報道指,監管當局對螞蟻集團多番審查,令投資者對其看法變得更保守。華平投資以去年業績及可比較數據得出螞蟻估值為略為超過2,000億美元,有消息指華平投資去年曾以1,900億美元估值出售手上部分的螞蟻持股。
同時,路透引述另一名消息人士指,螞蟻集團於去年第四季未有受到太多監管影響。
