上海電力(600021.SH)：擬計提資產減值準備和核銷應收賬款壞賬準備
格隆匯 3 月 16日丨上海電力(600021.SH)公佈，公司於2021年3月15日召開董事會2021年第二次臨時會議和監事會2021年第一次臨時會議，會議審議通過了《公司關於計提資產減值準備和核銷應收賬款壞賬準備的議案》。為客觀反映公司資產狀況和經營成果，確保會計信息真實可靠，公司按照《企業會計準則》和公司財務會計制度的相關規定，對存在減值跡象的資產採取必要的減值測試和評估，擬計提資產減值準備和核銷應收賬款壞賬準備。具體情況如下：
1、公司子公司上海電力哈密宣力燃氣發電有限公司由於連續2年虧損且經營指標等與可研差距較大，根據未來生產經營預測選取邊界條件對資產組進行減值測試，擬計提資產組減值準備不超過4.25億元。
2、因交易對方未按約定履行付款義務，公司子公司上海上電電力工程有限公司擬計提應收賬款壞賬準備不超過0.80億元。
3、公司所屬閔行發電廠因“上大壓小”政策自2010年起逐步關停，擬對部分已無使用價值的關停資產計提固定資產減值準備不超過0.712億元，並擬對已終止的電力市場管理系統項目計提在建工程減值準備45.53萬元。
4、因交易對方未按約定履行付款義務，公司子公司上海電力日本株式會社擬計提應收賬款壞賬準備0.71億元。因前期項目終止開發，上海電力日本株式會社擬計提在建工程減值準備349.70萬元。
5、因配合化工區垃圾堆場整治工程對漕涇二期光伏項目部分組件等進行搬遷，公司子公司上海電力新能源發展有限公司所屬上海長浦新電漕涇光伏發電有限公司擬計提固定資產減值準備1256.08萬元。
6、因生物質耦合發電項目終止，公司子公司上海外高橋發電有限責任公司擬計提在建工程減值準備1153.91萬元。
上述計提資產減值準備金額最終以會計師事務所審計確認後的結果為準。
2020年核銷應收賬款壞賬準備情況：1、因“上大壓小”政策要求，公司所屬楊樹浦發電廠於2010年底正式退出電力運營並停止對外供汽。部分應收熱費期限已達10年以上，相關訴訟時效過期且部分供熱用户已破產或註銷，公司擬核銷應收熱費壞賬準備648.71萬元。
2、公司所屬江蘇上電賈汪發電有限公司已進入清算，擬對無法收回的應收熱費和應收電費壞賬準備進行核銷，共計45.17萬元。
上述核銷壞賬準備金額最終以會計師事務所審計確認後的結果為準。
上述計提資產減值準備、核銷應收賬款壞賬準備事項，將減少公司2020年合併口徑利潤總額約6.72億元，減少歸屬於母公司淨利潤約4.9億元。最終以會計師事務所審計確認後的結果為準。
